Dr. Nily Abramovitz

Dr. Abramovitz is a highly trained prosthodontist and general and esthetic dentist. She takes pride in creating beautiful, healthy smiles and lasting oral health. As her patient, you'll enjoy personalized attention, exemplary care, and a dedication to excellence.

Education and Professional Affiliations
A native of Israel, Dr. Abramovitz received her dental degree in 1992. After moving to the United States, she completed advanced graduate studies in prosthodontics and attained her specialized dental degree from Boston University Dental School in 1997. Following graduation, she completed the master's program in public health at Boston University. She has been an associate professor at Boston University Dental School since 1999 and is a member of American Dental Association and American College of Prosthodontics.

Family Life and Interests
Dr. Abramovitz loves what she does and values the opportunity to benefit her patients and the community with her expertise and experience. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, reading, and - best of all! - being a mom.

Dr. Suzanne Gendel
Dr. Gendel joined our practice in October 2007. She obtained a degree in general dentistry from SUNY Buffalo Dental School in 1994, then completed a general practice at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York in 1995. Dr. Gendel is an active member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. She has practiced general dentistry in the Metrowest area since 1995.

Meet the Team

Barbara, our Office Manager, graduated from the University of Rhode Island with an associate's degree in dental hygiene and a BA in biology. She joined our team in 2007 with over 20 years experience in both the clinical field and office administration/management. Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service, insurance billing, and financing to our practice. She is always helpful and available to answer questions about treatment and billing. When not at work, Barbara enjoys spending time with her daughter, gardening, gourmet cooking, and traveling.

Donna is a superb Chairside Assistant. She graduated from David Hale Fanning School in Worcester and brings over 30 years of experience to our dental team. Donna adds much enthusiasm and humor to our office and is a pleasure to work with.

Christine is one of our experienced Registered Dental Hygienists. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Bergen Community College in New Jersey. She also has BS and MS degrees in human nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Chris has been a member of our team since 1990. She continually hones her skills by attending continuing education courses. Chris is married with two daughters and enjoys attending her daughter's sporting events as well as staying active through outdoor activities.

Susan, our friendly Dental Assistant, graduated from Carnegie Institute of Medical and Dental Technology and joined our team with over 30 years of experience. She served as both a dental assistant and office manager in previous positions. Susan stays current with dentistry through continuing education. In her spare time, she enjoys her cats and likes to garden and fish.

Cari, a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduated from Rochester Dental Assistant School and concurrently received an associate's degree in dental hygiene from Monroe Community College in 1986. She enjoys meeting new patients and educating them about their oral health. Cari is married and the mother of three children. When not assisting patients, she likes to cook and play tennis and is always on a mission to improve her golf game!
